U.S Recruiting Inc. was founded by Jason Redman in 1998. After being on the ground floor of two start-up search organizations, he saw room for a competent recruiting firm that could bring unparalleled success with true business integrity. Through unrelenting hard work and dedication to the craft, Jason set out to build a firm that would ultimately grow to span 4 offices and employ over 23 recruiters within 5 divisions. Flash forward 2 decades and U.S. Recruiting Inc. enjoys a reputation which allows it to work with almost any company in the insurance industry. At this junction U.S. Recruiting Inc. has scaled down to boutique class, enjoying the luxury of picking it’s clients and search assignments, thus ensuring a successful partnership for all parties involved.
