We have successfully placed hundreds of individuals at all levels both contingency and retained search requests for C-level positions. Our method to successfully identify, interview, and ultimately place in a role is time tested. By clearly identifying all the correct drivers required for the role, we are able to source the right talent, based on both cultural fit and technical business acumen. We take the process further than most firms, identifying resumes of qualified individuals and then, doing deep dives on each individual presented to ensure you get the best possible look for your role. While we lead negotiations, due diligence is always the responsibility of the purchaser unless previous arrangements are made for third party review.
